Terms & Conditions of Hire
- Payment must be made in full 14 days prior to hire.
- 25% deposit must be made at time of booking to secure reservation (non refundable).
- Unless payment is made in full 14 days prior to hire you will lose deposit.
Any changes to venue, times or distance exceeding 25 miles radius from where the car is based may incur extra costs.
A Change of date or time cannot guarantee that the car will be available.
Latest possible drop off time is required at time of booking; clients are advised to bear in mind possible traffic conditions & photographers choice of venue to allow plenty of time for accurate drop off. Any overtime incurred due to time over-run must be paid in full at the drop off at a rate of £20 per quarter of an hour.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot complete the hire, the maximum refund will not exceed the original hire price. For example (an accident or breakdown).
Damage to vehicle either by the client, family members or guests is payable by the client.
No food or drink is permitted in vehicle.
We drive responsibly; please do not ask us to exceed any speed limits.
A Refundable deposit of £250 per booking is required to cover damage or valet costs.
Prices quoted are within 25 mile radius. Any hire outside of 25 mile radius is negotiable.
Please note that any extra expenses i.e. car parking fees, congestion charges, entrance fees, tolls etc are payable at the time of hire by the client.
- All passengers must wear seat belts where fitted. All passengers must be over 12 years old and measure at least 140 cm due to the seat belt law.
No guarantees are made as to the reliability of the vehicle, traffic or unforeseen circumstances that are out of the drivers control.
No responsibility is accepted due to weather conditions that prevent the agreed hire being completed.
If a convertible is too be used it's the drivers decision/responsibility to whether the roof is in the lowered or raised position. (Please discuss with the driver on the day).
- The client agrees that all pictures/moving images taken on the day maybe used in promotional use for Classic Mustang Wedding Car unless stated.
- If for whatever reason the chosen car is unable/unavailable to complete the hire then an alternative car will be sourced. If there is no availability a full refund will be made to the client.
- The client must supply all the contact information that is in use prior to and on the day of hire.
